Mix up your classic burger with this flavor-bursting twist! These burgers are so full of flavor, you may want to make a double batch!

1 lb. grass-fed beef
1 tbsp dried garlic
1 cup basil, chopped
1 onion, chopped
12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic
In a bowl, combine grass-fed beef, egg, dried garlic, and chopped basil. Mix well and form into patties.
Grill or pan-cook on stove for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. In a separate pan, sauté onion, mushrooms and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
Plate burgers and top with mushroom & onion goodness! I love serving these burgers with my roasted carrots.
